On 18-19 November, IYE-LABS’ partners had the chance to discuss many practical aspects related to the implementation phase of this transnational project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union at the Out of the Box International headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
During the meeting, the dynamizers of the project had the chance to share the lessons they all learned throughout the first training sessions of the project (Module 1) with an open debate identifying common lessons that can feed the following co-design phase. They also shared their concerns, challenges and new ideas that could help to improve the implementation phase from now onwards. This encounter was also an opportunity to reflect on our competitive advantages and the best way to communicate them to other stakeholders such as media, decision-makers or funders, and to clarify the evaluation process and the tools used for that matter.
All the participants feel quite satisfied with the results of this session and cannot wait for the next one!
